A few things we're asked often:
- Where's my order? Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 10 to 14 business days after that. Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email.
- I want a refund. You have 30 days from delivery, and you don't need to ship anything back. Email us your order number and we'll take care of it.
- Something arrived damaged. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.
